The Workers Rights Centre (WRC)
Concerned with your treatment in the workplace? Do you need information, advice or representation in relation to a disciplinary process, workplace legislation, bullying, maternity rights or any other individual dispute with your employer? Then you should contact the Workers Rights Centre.
The Workers Right Centre was established by SIPTU on May Day 2015 and builds on the work of the highly successful SIPTU Members Information and Support Centre. The WRC is staffed by a qualified team of workers’ Advocates and Information Assistants. These professionals have decades of experience working in jobs in all sectors from construction to healthcare and retail. WRC advocates and Information Assistants understand the issues workers face on a day-to-day basis.
WRC advocates provide a full service from simply giving informed advice over the phone to, where necessary, representing workers in employment tribunals and other legal settings.
